Expedio holds a portfolio of commercial / industrial property in South Auckland, which we lease to long term tenants. We are always looking for properties to add to our portfolio.
What type of properties do we buy?
Industrial: We don't buy retail (shops) or offices. The buildings we buy are typically multi-purpose warehouses with a ratio of around 80% warehouse and 20% office and amenities.
Stand Alone or Unit Titled: We buy both.
Size: We currently own properties ranging from 50 m2 to 2500m2
Geographical area: All the property we currently own is located between Drury and Ellerslie.
Condition: We buy both pristine modern tilt slab buildings and run down tin sheds. We have completed many refurbishment projects bringing older buildings up to modern standards.
Vacant or Leased : We purchase both vacant buildings and tenanted.
Expedio is very reluctant to buy a building with a Super 6 roof.We also do not usually purchase buildings with live-in tenants. Our business is industrial - not residential - leasing.
