Whilst there has seemed to be reasonable levels of enquiry over the first month of the new year, we see a part of this being due to the lack of available stock. We are seeing numerous potential tenants viewing multiple properties with multiple agents. With East Tamaki vacancies being exceptionally low, tenants are having to expand their horizons and look further afield and think somewhat laterally about their requirements.

With tenants often finding their ideal property elusive, they are using multiple agents – which makes it essential that clients are both qualified adequately and registered for every introduction.
