The South Auckland industrial property market continues to be extremely dynamic – with Expedio seeing our share of the action. As at the last week in February we have 5 sales contracts under Due Diligence – off market transactions with agents who had specific client requirements they came to us with.
At the same time we are progressing with purchases of an equal number of other properties.
