Health and Safety

Expedio is in the business of refurbishing, buying, selling and leasing industrial buildings. All of our buildings are industrial workplaces, either by industrial businesses (when tenanted) or as building sites (when under refurbishment).

Common Sense would dictate that all usual health and safety precautions should apply. However, as we are aware, common sense is not so common.

Therefore please note:

1. Hi Viz must be worn on all sites
2. Closed footwear must be worn.
3. No children permitted on sites
4. Unless by prior arrangement, agents and clients must be accompanied by an Expedio representative.

Agents must take responsibility for enforcement. They are your clients – please don’t expect us to do your job!
