The last few weeks have been busy at Expedio with transactions. Our website is up to date with available stock – but what it doesn’t show is upcoming availability where there are new acquisitions coming available, or tenant’s leases are expiring and not yet confirmed renewals. The complex at 237-239 Great South Rd Drury is now fully leased again. Both the warehouse unit (Unit 9) and upstairs office (Unit 5) have been leased on long term leases. It’s interesting that although some may consider Drury a little outside the centre of their universe, the vacancy rate in Drury proves how valuable well priced property close to a motorway interchange is.
