The transformation of 4 Domain Road from an original 50's style chartered drinking club, to a modern apartment and showroom / warehouse is now complete and the tenant is in occupation. The project was Expedio's first New York style apartment conversion, and we are proud of the results.

Not so pleasing is the confirmation of the cost attributable to council inefficiency and lack of co-operation. We are reminded yet again that councils resemble rapacious hyenas. They are happy to take money from business, but don't even make a pretence of acknowledging that business provides both most of the jobs that enable ratepayers to pay their rates, and a substantial proportion of direct council financing. If councils had to survive in a competitive business environment where service, efficiency and attitude count, they would be sorely exposed.
