Expedio is an owner, trader, developer and landlord of industrial & commercial property - primarily in the south (between Penrose and Drury) of Auckland, New Zealand. Our main focus is on providing industrial buildings for our clients to lease.
Due to the number of buildings we own, we almost always have premises coming available as tenants move location, need more space, less space or their requirements change.
We have a team of craftspeople engaged in refurbishing older industrial buildings. Most of our buildings are very versatile industrial – simply big boxes with offices and facilities. They range from modern well presented tilt slabs with showroom and street presence, to functional tin sheds in rear positions. Size range is from 50m2 to 2500m2.
We are very flexible in our relationships with clients – leases range from month to month through to six plus years – dependent on the building. We have tenants who are working towards purchasing the building they occupy – and other who need more or less space according to their needs.
